Unfortunately, despite numerous, there are no REAL Japanese restaurants with Japanese staff and that makes Japanese cuisine. In this area, ALL asian fusion, sushi prepared in advance and probably stale, overcooked and tasteless noodles !
So we went to lunch at a restaurant popular among Japanese residents in Italy, on the advice of a friend of my mother, who is also Japanese and lives in Milan.
I opted for the classic sushi and maki Miso soup and, in the photo also Chirashi Sushi.
all really good! He had not eat sushi ... perhaps the last time in Tokyo ...
The prices are fairly small, probably for a dinner in Bologna (Emilia Romagna cooking) spend more!
For dessert I got the sorbet Umeshu (a liquor made from plums, which I adore), but maybe I should choose the classic Matcha ice cream!
The bistro style restaurant is called "Omakase Sushiteca-" and is located in S. Fermo della Battaglia 1, the reservation is highly recommended!
Now, let's talk about FOOD! Unfortunately
in Bologna there are a lot of Japanese restaurants Which are totally not Japanese, they're Most asian food, and food is terrible! On my experience! So
When we go to Milan we always go to real Japanese restaurant Held by Japanese, and this time we Went To Sushiteca-Omakase , Suggested by a Japanese friend of my mother.
My mother did appreciate everything, even Miso soup, and I Had My plate of sushi and makis. I highly
reccomend You to make a reservation.
I also ate at another restaurant really delicious, unfortunately I forgot to make the photos, however, is close to the Navigli area and is called Tavern of the 5 senses
Need some really delicious home-made sandwiches, fish dishes and very good quality products of the land of origin of the owner, who did not fail to emphasize it at the time of presentation of the menu, before choosing hear what he has to say why I had already chosen, but maybe I got another first, the linguine with fish sauce (if I remember correctly ...), who described them as .... Yum!
